DURATION: 3 Days

CERTIFICATE TO BE AWARDED: ASNT SNT Level 2 in Computed Radiography Testing (CRT)

Course Objectives

This 40-hour online course continues with the technical production of proper radiographic imaging. Study materials focus on optimizing contrast, definition, sensitivity, film processing, interpretation, calculations, shot techniques, and utilizing acceptance criteria per relevant codes and standards. This course gives an in depth look into computed radiographic techniques and terminology, handling and care of phosphor imaging plates (CR).

This course is required for those who have completed RT level II and want to advance to a higher certification level. At CDI, our training services are developed by subject matter experts to help organizations and individuals improve personal competence and skills towards sustainable business development and competitive advantage.

Who Should Attend:

    • Category 1: Persons who are already trained in the Computed Radiography Testing but lack the practical field experience.
    • Category 2: Persons who are already trained in the Computed Radiography Testing but lack the understanding and application of the relevant codes and standards.
    • Category 3: Persons who wish to be trained and certified in Computed Radiography Testing and its applications and who wants to perform the job at site after training.
